Shipping and delivery

We offer the following shipping methods.

1. Collection: Of course it is possible to personally collect the goods free of charge. You may also work together with a carrier commissioned by you.

2. Standard delivery: Courier, DHL or Post

3. Express delivery: via courier or FedEx

The prices per piece may vary for larger quantities, special packaging requests or international shipping. Please contact our sales department for detailed information regarding shipping and freight costs.

International shipping

Please note that customs duties, fees and taxes are charged when shipping to countries outside of the EU. We are not informed about the actual amount. Neither customs nor the commissioned forwarding agent provides information about this in advance. Incurred customs duties/taxes are borne by the recipient and cannot be paid by us. The preparation of the necessary export documents and customs papers is invoiced with 39 EUR per shipment.

Orders that are received after 4:00 pm can generally NOT be delivered the next day. In the event that the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this event we will immediately inform you about this and promptly refund any payments already received.

Express orders / Prio 7 / Prio 10

Please not that we prioritise Prio orders with a duration of 7 or 10 days from the receipt of data and payment. In case of delayed receipt of data or payment, we cannot give guarantees for any delivery dates; in such cases the Prio surcharge cannot be refunded!
